By using the Site or the Services you consent to receive from eKtab newsletters, promotional offers and other communications (whether for our products or on behalf of third parties). To unsubscribe to these communications you will be required to click an "Unsubscribe" link in these emails and confirm the email address for which you would like to unsubscribe. Furthermore, you consent to receive from eKtab service-related announcements which we may send you from time to time.
In the event that you wish to terminate your account and delete Personally Identifiable Information currently held by eKtab in our active databases, you may send us an email with your request. Termination of your account may involve deletion of various aspects of your Information, including your account information, from our live databases. eKtab will not have, and you hereby specifically absolve eKtab from, any liability whatsoever to you for the termination of your account or the deletion of any Information.
Please be aware that Personally Identifiable Information that we have deleted from our active databases may still remain in our archives.
You may access and in certain instances request to change certain Personally Identifiable Information which you have provided to us.
