Ride a cockhorse to Banbury-cross |
To see an old lady upon a white horse, |
Rings on her fingers, and bells on her toes, |
And so she makes music wherever she goes. |

The Queen of Hearts, she made some tarts, |
All on a summer's day; |
The Knave of Hearts, he stole the tarts, |
And took them clean away. |

The King of Hearts called for the tarts, |
And beat the Knave full sore; |
The Knave of Hearts brought back the tarts, |
And vowed he'd steal no more. |

Little Bo-peep has lost her sheep, |
And can't tell where to find them; |
Leave them alone, and they'll come home, |
And bring their tails behind them. |
